Leif started out with a few successful attempts making guitars as a hobbiest, then went on to spend three years learning the craft of guitar building at a boutique custom shop in Los Angeles, California. After this formative time in LA, in 2025, leif set up a one-man-shop in Asheville, North Carolina where he builds his own custom instruments.
